There are handles on either side of the bolster for easy transport. This dense bolster weighs in at 6 lbs. and is filled with 100% cotton. Providing optimal support and perfect for restorative yoga and prenatal yoga, place this yoga bolster lengthwise along your back in Shavasana to deepen relaxation and open the heart chakra.

Please note: Our bolsters are NOT filled with foam and because of the fluffy nature of cotton the actual measurements are slightly bigger. The measurements given above are from one seam to another. Cotton will settle over time, but you can also remove or add cotton as you wish to achieve your desired firmness.

Cover: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, mild detergent. Line dry.
Core: Spot clean only with mild detergent.
